About AndesRidge

We are growers

Two generations of Colchagua family farming — taken from the orchard to the world.

Our story

A farming family, deeply rooted in Chilean tradition.

AndesRidge is the grower-exporter venture of the Leiva family, built on two generations of fruit farming in Chile's Colchagua Valley, in the O'Higgins region — a land world-renowned for the quality of its fruit, its exquisite wines and its beautiful landscapes.

The family's farming company, Agrícola La Capellanía, was founded more than two decades ago by Mr. Cristián Leiva Castillo. From the heart of the valley it has grown premium cherries and plums to the highest quality standards, in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way — preserving a centuries-old Chilean tradition while incorporating technology and innovation.

Professionals, technicians, women and men give life to our fields. AndesRidge carries that work forward — controlling quality from the orchard to the shelf and taking our fruit counter-season to China and across Asia.

Caring for the fruit, and the land

We pair centuries-old Chilean farming with modern technology to grow excellent fruit sustainably — protecting both the harvest and the environment.

Solar generation

Solar panels power our estates, cutting energy use and protecting the environment.

Frost & weather control

Orchard-Rite wind machines and protective covering safeguard the crop against frost and adverse weather.

Water & habitat

Irrigation reservoirs and century-old tree parks sustain the water and biodiversity our orchards depend on.

As growers, we know all the effort behind the fruit and how much it matters. That is why we protect your fruit throughout the whole process.
